Fuel on the planned route, climate control and water in the vehicle are standard. Monastery, museum or tasting tickets are excluded unless we explicitly agreed procurement as a separate line.
The chauffeur helps with practical matters: shade for children, nearest toilets, avoiding Saturday parking chaos. He does not replace a licensed museum guide where a site requires one, but he holds the day rhythm and reports to dispatch if the group stays longer at a photo stop.
Day-packs and souvenirs go in the boot or on seats following safety rules. If the group plans serious shopping, announce it so we reserve a V-Class or Sprinter with return space.

The Mercedes E-Class and Skoda Superb rarely cover a full sightseeing day for a large group, but may follow as an escort car for a VIP guest in the same convoy or a couple splitting from a delegation for an hour. We name the model in confirmation so you know seat and boot space for souvenirs.
