A tennis squad with rackets and cases heads to a Belgrade tournament with precise registration arrival. Both need space, hygiene and reliable timing, not photo stops or encore slots.

Unlike plain minivan transport: luggage is not only passenger suitcases but sports gear that must not slide in the cabin. Unlike event transport: no concert gate or roll-up banner, but hall, locker room and federation protocol.

We work with amateur clubs, schools and smaller pro squads. The brief comes from a club secretary or sports coordinator with attendance list and bag count.

What a squad booking includes

Confirmation covers vehicle, chauffeur, route, pickup time at base or club address, hall arrival with warm-up buffer and return. Fuel, climate and agreed post-match waiting enter price when calculated upfront. The chauffeur does not coach, but holds accurate ETA so the squad is not late for warm-up.

Bags go in the rear Sprinter zone or marked area; players sit belted. Wet kit goes in bags or separate trunk per club rules. Announce cooler and medical case count so we do not overload seats.

Club VAT invoice with match or tournament title goes to the secretary email. Card payment in the vehicle is possible for smaller squads by agreement.

Squad fleet: Sprinter, V-Class, E-Class, Superb

Mercedes Sprinter is the primary pick: high interior, wide sliding door, gear zone and seats for full roster plus coaches. Mercedes V-Class serves smaller squads, juniors or partial roster travel for a check-up. Mercedes E-Class may follow as vehicle for a coach or medic not riding with the full squad.

Skoda Superb appears rarely, mainly when only a delegation travels without gear. We name the model in confirmation so the club knows whether five or fifteen bags fit. Cleaning and airing after gear runs is routine preparation, not an add-on.

Same-day away match

Morning departure from base, arrival ninety minutes before kick-off for warm-up, stay during match as agreed (chauffeur waits or leaves briefly and returns), return right after changing. Brief includes hall address and kit entrance parking where it exists.

Multi-day tournament in Belgrade

The same Sprinter may run hotel-hall-hotel several days with separate daily confirmations or a package. Morning departures must match registration and first match. Dispatch keeps one contact with the tournament coordinator.

Juniors with parents accompanying

Fewer players, more bags, sometimes a parent on board. V-Class with clear split: children and parents forward, gear aft. Calmer driving, service-area pause by agreement. Child seats on request.

Exact amount depends on mileage, wait hours and vehicle count. Tournament packages arrive as separate quotes with clear days.

Corridors and halls we cover most

Belgrade: sports halls, Kombank Arena for basketball, football stadiums, tennis centres. Novi Sad, Pancevo, Kragujevac and other same-day away cities. Chauffeurs know where a minibus may stop at the kit gate and where match-day bans apply.

Regional runs include buffer for motorway jams and optional service-area pauses for squads that want them. Same-day return remains standard; overnight driver and squad lodging is outside this product unless booked as a package.

Safety, hygiene and Sprinter space

Gear must be strapped or in a zone that does not fly on braking. Passengers always belted. Wet kit in bags, not on seats. Ventilation after gear runs prepares the vehicle for the next job. Passenger insurance as required.

The chauffeur does not impose cabin music; the squad picks tone or silence. Discretion for pro clubs: roster and departure time are not shared with third parties.
